Shipping After Payment

Orders paid through CCAvenue are processed after successful payment confirmation and order verification. If payment is pending, failed, under review, or cancelled, dispatch may be delayed or cancelled.

Delivery Timeline

Orders are generally shipped within 10 days from order/payment confirmation, subject to stock availability, address serviceability, product restrictions, courier availability, weather, public holidays, and operational constraints.

Shipping Address

Delivery is made to the address entered at checkout. Please ensure recipient name, phone number, building details, city, state, and PIN code are accurate. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delay, failed delivery, or additional charges.

Tracking and Delivery Proof

Where available, tracking information will be shared through the account/order page or customer support. Courier delivery status, signed proof of delivery, OTP delivery, or courier records may be used as delivery proof.
