We collect customer information required to process orders and payments, including name, mobile number, email, billing address, shipping address, cart/order details, transaction amount, payment status, CCAvenue tracking ID, bank reference number, payment mode, and gateway response data.

Payment Data

CCAvenue and its banking/payment partners may collect payment instrument information needed for transaction authorization as per applicable RBI, card network, bank, and payment system requirements. Resa VetCare Pvt Ltd does not store complete card details, CVV, PIN, net-banking password, UPI PIN, or OTP.

How We Use Information

• To create, verify, ship, and support your order.
• To initiate and reconcile CCAvenue payments, refunds, and failed transactions.
• To respond to customer service, grievance, dispute, and chargeback requests.
