Refund and Cancellation Policy - CCAvenue Payments

Cancellation Window

You may request cancellation before the order is packed, shipped, dispatched, or service fulfilment has started. Once shipment or fulfilment has started, cancellation may not be available and the return policy will apply where eligible.

Failed or Duplicate Payments

If your CCAvenue payment fails but the amount is debited, the amount is normally reversed by the issuing bank/payment provider as per their timelines. If a duplicate successful payment is received for the same order, we will verify the transaction and initiate an eligible refund.

Approved Refunds

Approved refunds for CCAvenue transactions will be initiated through the CCAvenue merchant panel or permitted payment process to the original payment instrument where possible. After initiation, bank/payment-provider timelines may vary, and credit may take additional working days depending on the payment mode.

Non-Refundable Items or Charges

Shipping charges, handling charges, payment gateway charges, opened/used products, damaged products due to customer handling, prescription-restricted items, temperature-sensitive/perishable items, and products marked non-returnable may be non-refundable unless required by law or approved by us after inspection.

How To Request

Contact us with order number, CCAvenue tracking ID if available, payment date, amount, reason, and supporting photos/videos where relevant. We may request additional information before approving a cancellation or refund.
