Eligibility
Return requests must be raised within 1 day of delivery unless a different product-specific return window is shown. Products must be unused, unopened where applicable, in original packaging, with labels, invoice, and accessories intact.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect product, contact us within 1 day of delivery with photographs, unboxing proof if available, order number, and delivery details. We will inspect the request and may offer replacement, store credit, or refund where eligible.

Non-Returnable Products
Opened consumables, used products, hygiene-sensitive items, prescription-restricted products, temperature-sensitive items, perishable products, customized/special-order products, and items damaged after delivery may not be returnable unless required by law or accepted by us.
Return Shipping
Return pickup or reverse shipping approval depends on location and product condition. If a return is approved due to our error, we may arrange pickup or reimburse eligible return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping may be the customer's responsibility.
