Scope
This policy applies to customer complaints related to CCAvenue payment status, failed payments, refunds, duplicate debit, order confirmation, shipment, returns, and chargebacks for purchases made on this website.

Resolution Timeline
We aim to acknowledge payment/order grievances within 2 working days and provide a resolution or next update within 7 working days. Cases requiring confirmation from CCAvenue, bank, courier, or manufacturer may take longer, and we will share updates as available.
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the first response, reply with the same order details and request escalation. We may ask for additional documents such as bank statement entry, payment screenshot, delivery proof, photographs, or unboxing evidence.
